PRIVACY POLICY.FORM DATA.

This page explains what personal data BuzzBoost receives through the public website, how that information is used to handle enquiries, and where consent-aware Google measurement and optional embeds fit into that process.

01

What BuzzBoost collects

When you use the contact form, BuzzBoost may collect your name, email address, company name, project type, message, source, and the time the enquiry was submitted.

If you email BuzzBoost directly instead of using the form, the details you include in that email will be used in the same way: to review the enquiry and reply.

02

How the data is used

Enquiry data is used to review the brief, reply to you, decide whether the project is a fit, and prepare next-step discussion if the work moves forward.

The legal basis will usually be legitimate interests and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

BuzzBoost does not use that enquiry information to run unrelated marketing campaigns through the public website.

03

Form delivery and email handling

The site delivers contact form submissions through SendGrid using server-side configuration. The SendGrid API key and mail sender settings stay on the server and are not exposed through public browser code.

If that delivery path is unavailable, the form shows an error and prompts you to email hello@buzzboost.co.uk directly instead.

That delivery path is used only to pass the enquiry into the working inbox handling new project conversations.

04

Third parties and optional services

If configured for the environment, BuzzBoost loads Google Tag Manager immediately in consent mode with analytics and ad-related storage denied by default. If measurement is allowed later, Google consent updates on the same page so analytics storage can be granted.

  • Google Tag Manager can load before optional consent, but measurement stays denied until the user allows it.
  • The Google Maps embed on the contact page only loads after embedded content has been accepted.

The exact cookie and consent behavior is described in the Cookie Policy.

05

Retention and your rights

Enquiry details are kept only for as long as they are needed to handle the conversation, maintain business records, or support a future working relationship.

  • Request access to the personal data BuzzBoost holds.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion where retention is no longer necessary.

You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@buzzboost.co.uk.
